RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We always strive for you to have a MADFUN experience with our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help:

• Return Window: You can return items within 5 days of receiving your order. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Return Process: Email us at contact@madfunco.in with your order number and reason for return. If you receive a damaged product, please ensure that you attach an image of the product.

• Return Pickup: For returns within 5 days, the pickup is free. For returns requested after 5 days, a fee of ₹75 will be charged for the pickup service.

• Approval and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
